Financing your studies

The student grant office, which is associated with the Heidelberg student union, offers an extensive service for issues relating to BAföG, grants or student loans.

Students who have particular needs can apply to the student union for so called free meals . In addition to this, loans from the student union loan fund are allocated in cases of hardship.
